Summary
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at WISKA UK Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating sales activities, managing customer communication, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of sales processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks (Processing orders, issuing quotations and receiving & making calls).
Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer relationships.
Assist in organising promotional figures and targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
