As our Sales and Events Coordinator you will...

To suggest new promotional opportunities to enable departmental sales to meet and exceed budgets. This may include assisting with planning, implementation and review of promotions. To deal with incoming enquiries relating to all Weddings and Events, accurately recording details from initial booking stage through correct completion of enquiry forms. Collation of function sheets for issue to internal departments. Preparation of guest information, such as table plans, name cards, menu's, as and when required Work closely with the guests throughout their booking Ensure all administration is up to date and correct Work towards sales targets

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,

Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality

Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player

Self-motivated and good organisational skill
