The Role:


We're seeking a confident and detail-oriented Sales Co-ordinator with a strong interest in interior design. This role combines hands-on sales management with essential daily sales admin responsibilities. You'll be leading a small sales team, driving performance, managing sales processes, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first contact through to project completion. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to pitch in with the team to support on quoting and responding to incoming calls & emails on a daily basis. Your eye for interiors and detail focused approach will allow you to support the team in ensuing the right bespoke products are selected and provide the right solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and motivate a small, high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Own and optimize the sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing, using HubSpot CRM. Provide accurate and timely sales quotes using Excel, including advanced formulas and costing structures. Maintain high standards of sales administration, ensuring clear documentation, tracking, and reporting. Work closely with the design and project teams to align client needs with available solutions. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base. Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring strong relationships and excellent service. Support the team with guidance on communication, pricing strategy, and design integration during the sales process.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in a sales management or team leadership role, ideally within design or project-based industries. Strong administrative skills, with proven ability to manage quotes, pipelines, and reporting efficiently. Advanced Excel skills, particularly in creating and managing quotes with complex formulas. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) for managing sales workflows and reporting. A natural leader and motivator, able to coach team members and foster a positive, performance-driven culture. A passion for interior design; background in design is a bonus, but a strong appreciation is essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment. A questioning mind - someone who never assumes and always wants to learn & grow more.
