Sales Coordinator

to join our dynamic and friendly team.

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised

Sales Coordinator

to join our team and support the smooth running of day-to-day sales and operational activities. This is a varied role that involves creating quotes and invoices, following up on customer enquiries, checking stock availability, identifying new business opportunities, and helping plan jobs on a weekly basis.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in

Tamil, Hindi, and English

, as strong multilingual communication is essential for engaging with our diverse customer base. If you're someone with excellent attention to detail, great organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Creating quotes and invoices for customers. Processing sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry. Chasing enquiries and following up with existing or potential clients. Supporting the sales team by identifying and researching new leads. Checking stock levels and liaising with the logistics. Planning and scheduling jobs or service appointments weekly. Maintaining accurate customer records and communication logs. Preparing sales reports and assisting with forecasts. Coordinating effectively between departments (sales, logistics, accounts, etc.).

Qualifications

Experience in

sales coordination or operations

. Strong

customer service

and follow-up skills. Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong

organisational and problem-solving

abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and invoicing tools (e.g. Excel, Xero).

Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English

is essential. Experience in the

refrigeration or HVAC industry

is advantageous but not essential
