As a Sales Counter Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales counter while driving profitable sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering outstanding customer service to create long-term customer loyalty
Building and maintaining successful partnerships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
Consistently generating profitable counter sales using innovative techniques and resources
Managing stock displays to showcase a wide range of products and services
Promoting local promotions and incentives to boost sales performance
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-presented sales counter environment
Utilizing IT systems such as M3, Vecta, and Microsoft Office to enhance the customer experience
