Overview


We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Sales & Customer Engagement Assistant

to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission - inspiring and supporting aspiring property investors through our workshops, mentorship programs, and events.

You'll combine your strong communication and organisational skills to connect with new prospects, manage client relationships, and ensure every attendee has an outstanding experience from their first enquiry through to course completion.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Sales



Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients, promoting our property workshops and services. Follow up on leads through phone, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through effective relationship building and strategic follow-up. Negotiate with clients to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and the customer.

Customer Service & Relationship Management



Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. Track each attendee's journey through courses and mentorship, offering guidance, encouragement, and solutions where needed. Resolve customer enquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating issues where appropriate.

Event & Workshop Coordination



Organise and assist with on-line & live property workshops varying between webinars, 2 day in person weekend workshops & 4-5 day intensive workshops Support event logistics including registration, setup, guest welcome, materials preparation, and presenter support. Update and amend workshop presentations and materials as needed.

Marketing & Content Support



Manage social media channels, ensuring regular posting and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas that attract new leads and promote brand awareness. Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in the CRM system.

Internal Operations



Ensure internal systems and processes run smoothly to support lead flow and client management. Proactively identify and address workflow bottlenecks or service issues. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay aligned with business goals.

Experience



Previous experience in a call center environment or customer service role is preferred. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently. Proven sales experience is a plus, showcasing the ability to upsell products or services effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering positive relationships with clients.

Salary



Competitive Salary with uncapped commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-32,800.77 per year
