. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Sales & Customer Service Advisor
to join our friendly team at our Camberley office.
This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in welding supplies or industrial equipment. Product knowledge in this area would be a strong advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The position involves handling incoming customer enquiries --
no cold calling or commission-based sales
. You'll advise customers on the most suitable welding and industrial products for their applications, process orders, and provide aftersales technical support, including helping customers troubleshoot issues or arrange returns.
As a key point of contact between customers and the business, you'll play a vital role in maintaining TBWS's excellent reputation for reliability, expertise, and outstanding service. As the company continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunities for career development and salary progression.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing product advice, quotations, and order support
Offer technical and customer support, including troubleshooting issues and arranging returns or repairs
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across our welding and industrial equipment range
Process orders, quotations, and invoices using Xero Accounting Software
Take payments via card terminal (by phone or at the trade counter)
Liaise with suppliers to source and deliver products efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Essential Attributes
Computer literate, with experience using email and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Customer-focused and professional attitude
Resilience in a busy environment with changing priorities
Physically able to handle heavy or awkward items when required
Desirable Attributes
Knowledge or experience with
welding or industrial equipment
Previous experience in a
sales or customer service
environment
Familiarity with Xero or other order management systems
