We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Support representative on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2025. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with sales administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general daily administrative duties to support the team.
Accurately process payments and raise customer invoices and orders.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Liaise with departments and external teams when required to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Answer and screen incoming calls, taking messages clearly and professionally.
Provide general office support, updating internal systems, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
Ensure efficient coordination between teams, particularly sales and customer service.
Uphold excellent written and verbal communication at all times.
Carry out other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
Experience in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are crucial for success in this role.
Pay
Starting salary of 24,700 per annum

Monday to Friday
38.75 per week. Flexible working hours available as per company policy.
