Summary
We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Sales & Customer Support Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for learning and delivering an excellent customer experience.
As a Sales & Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all customers visiting our trade & customer collection desk, providing advice, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create Lasting Relationships
: as the face of the company, you will handle all sales and service enquiries promptly and professionally at our busy desk; supporting both B2B and B2C customers, face to face and via one of our inbound channels
Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction
: You'll handle varying customer interactions; from sales and collections to refunds, returns, and general queries. Whether it's before, during, or after a purchase, you'll be there to support the customer every step of the way. With a customer-first mindset, you'll focus on making every experience smooth, helpful, and positive.
Learn and Grow
: Continuously build on your product knowledge and skills. Learn about our offerings and apply your insights to help customers find the best solutions.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Previous experience in a customer service/sales role is preferred
Strong product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
Strong organisational & time-management skills: able to handle a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple customer queries simultaneously
