We're a growing lighting business looking for a smart, proactive, and friendly

Sales & Customer Support Coordinator

to join our small team.

This is a hybrid role with

sales at its core, but it also involves

customer support, basic logistics coordination, and admin work. If you're the kind of person who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves solving problems, keep reading.

Duties

Sales & Customer Communication

(Primary focus ~70%)

Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and website chat Assist customers in our showroom with product advice and quotations Prepare and send quotes and invoices Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

Customer Support & Admin



Handle warranty requests, returns, and collections Provide order updates and general after-sales support Create Purchase Orders and occasionally place orders with suppliers Maintain accurate customer records

Logistics & Coordination



Use dispatch software to arrange courier collections for large items Assist the warehouse team with preparing outgoing deliveries Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

Skills



Strong communication skills and a confident, polite manner Previous experience in sales, customer service or admin (bonus if it's in lighting, interiors, or e-commerce) Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool A team player who's happy to help wherever needed

Pay: 30,500.00-39,900.00 per year
