Sales & Customer Support Coordinator.
This
office based
role is responsible for frontline support to customers by managing enquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring all requests are logged and processed accurately. The role also supports the sales and estimating process by completing estimate request forms, preparing orders for processing, and providing administrative assistance. This position plays a key role in coordinating communication between customers, sales, estimating, and order processing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Your
main duties
will include:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring positive outcomes.
Record and transfer enquiry details into estimate request forms for the estimating team.
Coordinate the preparation of orders, ensuring accuracy before handover to the order processing department.
Maintain organised filing systems and accurate customer records.
Liaise effectively with sales, estimating, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Provide administrative support to assist the smooth running of sales and order processing activities.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple departments effectively.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise workload.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn ERP/CRM systems.
Problem-solving ability, particularly in managing customer issues or complaints.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a customer service (B2B), sales support, or administrative role is essential.
Experience in a sales or estimating environment (desirable).
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential); additional qualifications in business administration, customer service, or sales support (desirable).
