Sales / Data processor of uPVC products

Office-Based:

Derby

Starting from 26,000 + Pension + Group Life Cover + Annual Leave

Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for a motivated, well presented, polite individual with excellent customer service skills. You will be working within a small team of sales/data processor employees, dealing with customers, face to face and via e-mails. Experience within the Window/Door industry is favourable but not essential if you are willing to learn.

Your Role:

As a Sales / Data processor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by accurately inputting data, preparing quotes, and communicating with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

? Inputting orders and quotes into our system with precision.

? Communicating effectively on our Trade Counter, via email and telephone with clients.

? Assisting in quoting and ordering based on surveys and planning drawings.

What You'll Bring:

? Excellent customer service skills

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (training provided).

? Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
