What you will be doing...

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our

Sales Desk & Baggage Tracing

team at our 14th UK base,

London Gatwick Airport!

Our

Sales Desk & Baggage Tracing Agents

play a key role ensuring our Customers receive a fantastic service and any issues they encounter are resolved when they are travelling to and from their holiday.

What will you do in the role?

Create a great first impression and warm welcome, ensuring that all customers receive a VIP service. Play an important role help our customers with

flight bookings

and

additional product sales

Resolve

customer enquiries

such as flight changes and escalated queries Offer a dedicated service to ensure we return missing items to their owners as quickly and efficiently as possible using

World Tracer.

Monitor the

queuing system

and queue times to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and operating procedures.

This is a varied role which plays a vital part in ensuring we achieve our Sales and Customer Satisfaction targets. This position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flight programme. Shifts will cover our 24/7 operation and will include working weekends and bank holidays.

What are the key skills/experience you'll already have?

The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours and will be an

ambassador f

or the

Jet2

brand and ethos. You will have a genuine passion for delivering great customer service and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast paced, ground operations/ travel environment. Previous experience of successfully meeting sales targets and resolving complex customer issues You will also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Outlook and Excel, with good numeracy and communication skills. Experience of using systems such as

World Tracer

would be beneficial.
