The Opportunity

We're looking for a

Sales Development & Enablement Lead

to raise the standard of how we sell across the business.

This role is for someone who has

closed complex B2B deals themselves

, or has

trained and coached B2B sales teams to win consistently

-- ideally both.

You'll sit at the centre of the revenue function, working closely with senior sales leadership to turn strategy into

repeatable, high-quality execution

across global teams.

The Role

As Sales Development & Enablement Lead, you'll own sales capability across FORTEM International. You'll design and deliver training, coach teams on real opportunities, and embed consistent standards as we scale internationally.

This is a

hands-on, commercially grounded role

-- not a theoretical L&D position.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and deliver practical B2B sales training covering: Discovery, qualification, and deal strategy Value articulation, objection handling, and negotiation Complex, multi-stakeholder sales Coach sales teams and individuals on live deals, pitches, and strategic accounts. Own the development pathway for junior and mid-level sales talent, preparing them for senior roles. Capture best practice from top performers and turn it into clear playbooks and frameworks. Establish consistent sales standards, language, and behaviours across international teams. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps and improve performance at scale. Support onboarding of new and experienced hires to ensure fast, effective ramp-up. Work confidently across

multiple time zones

Who We're Looking For

We're open to

two strong backgrounds

:

Option 1: Experienced B2B Sales Closer

Proven track record closing complex B2B deals Experience selling to senior stakeholders and multi-decision-maker accounts Strong understanding of deal strategy, pipeline management, and negotiation A natural coach who enjoys developing others
Option 2: B2B Sales Trainer / Enablement Specialist

Proven experience designing and delivering B2B sales training Track record improving sales performance through coaching and enablement Strong commercial understanding of modern B2B sales processes Credibility working with senior sales professionals
What You'll Need (Either Background)

High commercial acumen and confidence operating at senior level Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills Practical, outcome-focused mindset Comfortable using CRM systems, data, and performance metrics Flexibility and willingness to work across different time zones Ability to challenge, support, and raise standards simultaneously
Compensation

80,000 OTE in year one


(Competitive base salary + performance-related bonus)
