What You'll Be Doing
This role is all about connecting with the right people and sparking conversations that lead to business. You'll get full training, support, and tools to succeed, but you'll need the drive to make things happen.
Make outbound calls to decision-makers (no endless cold calling lists - we use data + tech to target the right people)
Send smart, personalised email campaigns to warm up prospects
Use LinkedIn to network, message, and build credibility
Stand out with short, personal intro videos to grab attention
Book qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Loves talking to people and building rapport quickly
Is confident on the phone, over email, and on LinkedIn
Is self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Wants to learn, develop, and progress in sales
(Bonus) Has some sales or customer-facing experience - but full training is provided
