Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the growth of our business by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting qualified appointments for the senior sales team. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare sector through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Initial Outreach:
Conduct high-volume outreach to introduce Xpress Health's services and qualify potential leads.
Appointment Setting:
Book meetings and demos for the Sales Managers or Regional Sales Managers with qualified prospects.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
Market Research:
Stay informed on market trends, client pain points, and competitor offerings to tailor messaging effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to refine messaging, improve targeting, and align strategies.
Reporting:
Provide weekly reports on lead generation metrics, outreach activity, and conversion performance.
Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in a sales, telesales, recruitment, or business development role (healthcare or staffing industry preferred).
Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
