As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating first time appointments for our sales team to attend. You will do this by identifying and engaging with prospective clients who you feel will benefit from our innovative approach to technology success.

To enable our continued growth, we are now seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team to help us identify and secure our new long-term customer relationships with whom we can further build upon our success.
The role:
This exciting role is the gatekeeper for success, not just for Computer Care but also for the business leaders you will be talking to. You hold the key to unlocking their business' full potential and as such you need to enable prospects to understand how transformational working with Computer Care will be for their business.
The first step towards this transformational process is to attend a meeting with our Managing Director, Simon Pardo. In this meeting he will demonstrate how IT can help the prospects business achieve better results with small changes. At the end of the meeting the prospect will come away with new knowledge to start their transformation journey.
80% of success in this role is you knowing that when a business owner meets with us it will be transformational for them. Our role is to show and prove to you that this is the case so that when you make your calls you will KNOW in your heart of hearts that what you are inviting them to do is of benefit. Not everyone will be ready to meet with us, but you will find and build a good rapport so when you do call back in a few months you will be able to effortlessly carry on the conversation.
We have the right systems and processes to support you in making your calls and follow up as easily as possible.
Responsibilities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the marketplace
Set up meetings between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Research target companies to identify decision-makers and potential pain points
Build initial relationships with prospective clients
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns
Stay current on company service offerings
Objectives
Have 60 calls with prospects per day
Book consultative meetings with business leaders
Accurately recording the number of times each lead has been contacted, how, and what the outcomes have been in our CRM system
Keeping up to date our spread sheets for call tracking, meeting tracking and conversion.
Provide feedback on prospect objections and market trends
Develop understanding of client technology needs
About You
As the first line of communication with prospective clients, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to undertake thorough questioning and prospect qualification. You will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, building trust to enable you to understand a customer's business needs and matching suitable solution from our service offerings. You will be capable of nurturing prospects from cold 'suspects' through to friendly acquaintances who want to meet with us.
You will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and can showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Team communication is important, not only verbally but also using written information stored and shared in Teams / SharePoint and Email. Discussing potential client requirements with technical staff and the Service Delivery Manager / Customer Success Manager is highly encouraged as it will enhance your ability to sell.
Required Qualifications/Experience
2 to 3 years of outbound sales experience
Highly motivated by success of outcomes
A desire to help educate prospects to enable to make the right decision
Strong time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be self-motivated when working alone
Empathetic and process driven
Well organised and well disciplined, focused on your goals
Prior experience as a sales development representative

Salary of 30,000 fixed
50k OTE
75 for each first-time appointment set
750 for each new signed customer introduced to the business by your efforts
