About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative focused on growth, you'll be the person who starts the conversation.
You'll learn how clubs operate, what challenges volunteers face, how they think about participation and sustainability, and where the biggest opportunities are to modernise and grow.
This isn't a "smile and dial" job - it's thoughtful, human, and curiosity-driven. The best SDRs in this role become trusted guides for clubs, even at the very first touchpoint.
What You'll Do
Start conversations and listen for real challenges - admin, payments, growth, compliance, volunteers, funding
Qualify interest and book meetings for our account executives
Share insights about the market, personas and seasonality with the wider team
Build pipeline consistency and support sector learning as we scale
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve targeting and messaging
