Sales Development Representative - Evening Shift



Digital Marketing - Altrincham (Greater Manchester)



Basic 26,000 - 30,000 basic (depending on experience), + uncapped commission (OTE 65K)



Full time: 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm (32.5 hours per week, may be subject to change)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by selling campaign management trials to ecommerce businesses located in the East Coast of America.

Key Responsibilities:



Outbound Cold Calling

: Engage in high-volume cold calling to connect with businesses and introduce them to our industry-leading digital marketing services.

Client Acquisition

: Drive new business by effectively communicating the value of our services and converting leads into clients.

Target Achievement

: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Calendar & CRM Management

: Maintain and manage calendars, CRM systems, and email communication to ensure a smooth sales process and follow-up.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices to maximize results.

Qualifications and Experience:



Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Strong organisational and time management skills. Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently. Money-motivated with a strong work ethic. Business acumen and strategic thinking.
