We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our European sales team. You will be responsible for building our sales pipeline across multiple European territories, with a focus on securing new business meetings with prospective clients. Fluent German will be essential to the role. Key area of responsibility will include:
Working with the wider EU sales team to build a 12-month plan of engagement, building a clear target list for designated territories
Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients across designated European markets, with a focus on the NGO and academic sectors.
Qualifying each lead and securing new business meetings
Act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales enquiries, conducting thoughtful discovery conversations to assess fit and qualify leads.
Management of the CRM to keep each record up to date
Work to a personal sales plan that drives activity levels to create the required pipeline
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Support internal teams with insight into cultural or linguistic considerations for new campaigns, proposals, or events.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven new business sales skills in a structured B2B solutions environment, ideally in a travel management environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in German)
Confidence in working in a technical environment in respect to both client solutions and internal processes/applications
Good IT competency - particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and database management

Salary up to 32k (dependent on experience) plus an uncapped performance-based bonus (OTE 10k per annum)
