Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Uncapped Commission & Career Progression

25,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE 40,000)

Your Core Responsibilities:



Outbound Prospecting:

proactively calling potential clients to identify new business opportunities.

Lead Generation:

Building a robust pipeline of qualified leads and booking appointments for senior closers or closing deals yourself.

Consultative Selling:

Understanding client needs to provide tailored BT solutions.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly profit targets.

CRM Excellence:

Managing your pipeline and client data with precision.

What We Need From You:



Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales environment.

Hunger:

A genuine desire to earn commission and exceed targets.

Resilience:

You are comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections professionally.

Ambition:

Communication:

Exceptional ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
