About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, creative, curious, and enjoys building connections. You'll play a key role in creating new business opportunities and helping companies discover why Cezanne is the trusted HR and Payroll partner of choice.

What You'll Do

Research and engage potential customers across different industries


Build connections via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels


Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to create engaging outreach campaigns


Nurture relationships and hand over qualified leads to Account Executives


Keep our CRM neat and accurate to track progress


Contribute your ideas, test creative approaches, and share insights with the team


Grow your skills with clear career paths into senior sales, account management, or leadership
