Commitment: Part-time / Flexible hours (10-15 hours per week)

Type: Internship (Uncompensated for 90 days - reviewed for paid role thereafter)

The Opportunity


We're on the hunt for a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our event network. If you have an interest in sales, community building, and helping us spread the word about Free Bongo Bingo, this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career in sales.

As part of our SDR team, you'll help us identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and set the stage for our sales team to close deals. If you're enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and have a passion for community-driven events, we'd love to hear from you!

What you'll be doing



Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying new sales opportunities by researching potential clients, including community halls, leisure centres, and local venues. Outbound Outreach: Engaging with potential leads through calls, emails, and social media, generating interest in our events and services. Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, helping them understand the value of Free Bongo Bingo's events. Setting up Meetings: Booking discovery calls or meetings for the senior sales team to close deals. CRM Management: Updating and maintaining lead information in our CRM system to track progress and performance. Sales Strategy Support: Working closely with the Sales Manager to develop strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Relationship-focused: You enjoy building rapport and turning new connections into loyal clients. Proactive: You're a self-starter who thrives when working independently but knows when to collaborate. Organised & detail-orientated: you can manage multiple leads at once without losing track of key details. Ideal experience: A background in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but not a must.

This is an uncompensated internship for the first 90 days, designed to offer experience, mentoring, and brand-building opportunities. After this period, performance and output will be reviewed for a paid role.
