Compensation & Work Arrangement

Additional Compensation: Performance-based commission structure Location: Based at our Informa Holborn London, UK Office Work Model: Hybrid schedule (combination of in-office and remote work)

Role Overview


As an integral member of the key accounts team, the SDR role will focus on generating and qualifying leads for high-value key accounts within our Lions Intelligence portfolio. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively engaging with and qualifying leads within specific, targeted accounts.


Key Responsibilities


Outbound Prospecting

Identify and engage key contacts within target accounts through strategic outreach via phone, email, and social media platforms Develop personalized approaches for each target account based on industry research and company-specific insights Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns to maximize engagement with decision-makers

Lead Qualification

Assess prospect potential through consultative discovery conversations to determine sales readiness Evaluate prospect fit against established criteria for Lions Intelligence solutions Prioritize opportunities based on potential value and likelihood of conversion

Relationship Building

Cultivate meaningful connections with prospects within key accounts to establish trust Position yourself as a knowledgeable resource in the creative marketing intelligence space Create a strong foundation for long-term business relationships that support the sales cycle

Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system Ensure proper lead nurturing through timely follow-up and strategic communication Monitor lead progression through defined stages of the sales pipeline

Reporting and Analysis

Deliver comprehensive reports on lead generation activities and outcomes Provide insights on pipeline performance and prospect engagement metrics Share key learnings and market intelligence with the broader sales and marketing teams

Collaboration

Partner closely with sales leaders to align on account strategies and priorities Coordinate with marketing to leverage campaigns and content in outreach efforts Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall sales effectiveness and drive results


Qualifications



Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets Self-motivated with a positive attitude and resilient mindset

Preferred

Experience in SaaS, market intelligence, or media/advertising industry Knowledge of creative marketing landscape and agency/brand dynamics Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques Understanding of consultative selling approaches Familiarity with the Cannes Lions Festival and creative excellence standards
