We're looking for a proactive, curious, and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Commercial team. This is a fantastic early-career opportunity for someone looking to break into B2B tech sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.

You'll play a critical role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities across the UK public sector, construction, utilities, and infrastructure markets. Working closely with our Business Development Managers, you'll be on the frontlines of our outbound efforts -- engaging with prospects, building relationships, uncovering needs, and setting up high-quality sales conversations.

You'll also have the chance to manage and close smaller deals directly, giving you the end-to-end exposure needed to develop as a future Account Executive or BDM.

What You'll Be Doing:



Research, identify, and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.) Generate high-quality leads and book discovery meetings for the BDM team Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using our criteria (e.g. MEDDIC or similar) Build and maintain a consistent pipeline in HubSpot, updating activity and contact records diligently Support smaller commercial deals from start to close, with increasing ownership over time Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns and follow up on campaign-generated leads Capture and share insights from the field to help shape messaging, targeting, and positioning Help maintain CRM hygiene, sales collateral, and reporting processes Be an active contributor to a high-energy, learning-focused team culture

What We're Looking For:



Successful experience in a sales outreach-based role. Excellent written and verbal communication - confident on the phone and professional in writing Driven, coachable, and motivated by targets and personal growth Strong research and organisation skills - able to map accounts, uncover buying signals and manage multiple touchpoints Comfortable working with technology and CRM tools (experience with HubSpot a bonus) Curious about the public sector, construction, or digital transformation - but full training will be given Looking to grow into a full sales or account executive role over time

Salary and Benefits:



Salary Band

: 25,000 to 30,000 dependant on experience with OTE of 50,000 to 60,000

Annual Bonus

: Based on company and individual performance.

Holiday

: 25 days of holiday, with an additional day added each year, up to a maximum of 30 days, plus bank holidays.

Pension Scheme

: 4% employee contribution, matched with 4% employer contribution.
