We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential new clients, identifying their needs and generating new business opportunities.

Researching prospects, generating and updating prospect lists and the company CRM. Building the sales funnel with a high-level of outbound activity. Conducting outbound calls, emails and social outreach to both warm and cold leads with persistence and professionalism. Qualifying leads, building trust and rapport with prospects then scheduling meetings for senior BDMs to attend. Identifying and developing key decision-makers relationships within set target accounts. Seeking opportunities to upsell and expand existing customer accounts. Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM. Achieving set KPIs on call activity, pipeline development and meetings booked. Staying updated on industry trends, company products and competitor offerings. Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring GDPR compliance.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU



To excel in this role, you will have previous experience in Technology B2B sales, lead generation or customer service with a strong interest in sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to exceed performance targets. Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients. Experience with online presentations, virtual meetings and sales tools. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. IT proficient and comfortable using a computer for various tasks (proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM systems). Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or excellent networking skills and experience. 2-3 years' experience in a sales development, outbound sales or lead generation role. A strong network or experience in a relevant industry is a plus. Ideally, a full UK driving license (clean preferred) and happy to go through a criminal background check.
