We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you'll work closely with our Marketing and Business Development team, who are laser-focused on complex, high-value deals. Your mission is to open doors, start strategic conversations, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.


This is not your typical high-volume SDR role. You'll be given the autonomy and ownership to lead on outbound campaigns, build lasting relationships, and drive real business impact.This role is ideal for someone who is a natural communicator and highly organized. Key responsibilities




Outbound leadgeneration & prospecting: conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach with the goal of securing meetings for our business development team. Prospect and identify potential leads based on a predetermined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) list. Inbound lead qualification: act as the first point of response to all inbound leads, speaking to them to understand their business needs, challenges, and potential fit for Deltatre's solutions.Qualify prospects and transition them to business development team for further sales conversations. Reporting: maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system. Track lead statuses and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the appropriate sales team members. Collaboration & communication: work closely with Marketing and the wider commercial team to review performance of various campaigns.Work closely with sales representatives to ensure all leads are qualified using the BANT methodology. Performance tracking: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) for meetings booked and opportunities created. Continuous learning & adaptation: stay up to date on the digital and streaming world, as well as Deltatre's product offerings, and competitor activities.Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve.





Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience as an SDR, preferably in the technology or sports/entertainment industry. CRM and Tools: Experience using CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, SalesloftZoominfo, or similar). Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field is a plus, but not strictly required.



Required Skills



Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and confidently explain complex ideas in a simple and engaging way, both in writing and speaking. Attention to detail: Strong ability to meticulously examine and understand all aspects of a task, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Motivation & resilience: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls/emails daily; ability to handle rejection and remain positive. Collaboration: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Adaptability: Openness to feedback and desire to learn and grow within a scaling organization. IT proficiency: A good all-round knowledge and ability to learn fast and work at speed with basic IT tools: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
