About the Role



We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative who can help us talk to more prospects about our HR tech product.

You'll engage our ICP via email, LinkedIn, and phone. You'll seek out new potential clients and position Test Partnership as experts who can help solve their challenges. And you'll use cool tools to keep the whole process running smoothly. Once you've booked the call, we have a brilliant product team who will handle the sales process.

A big attraction of this role is you'll get to make it your own. Since you'll be our first proper SDR, you'll get to implement your ideal prospecting and qualifying processes, try new tools, setup the CRM exactly how you'd like it, and build the process you think will work. You'll effectively be a founding SDR, but with the support of a company who's been going for 10 years. Your impact will be clearly visible from day one, and you'll be recognised for it.

Test Partnership is a popular provider of online candidate assessment software. We help organizations make smarter hiring decisions using predictive behavioural science.

We're a small team of business psychologists, customer success managers, marketers, and software developers.

We successfully serve thousands of clients, and we've achieved our growth so far from inbound marketing. Now it's time to actively grow our outbound activities with a new Sales Development Representative, and that's where you come in!

Key Responsibilities



- Research, identify, and engage prospects based on our ICP (in house HR and talent acquisition professionals at medium sized companies).

- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn, and strategic calling.

- Work with our CRM to record contact activities, replies, and follow-ups.

- Experiment with, and implement, new tools of your choice like prospecting tools, automations, CRM addons, email drip campaigns, LinkedIn plugins etc.

- Monitor and improve KPIs including calls booked, response rates, and conversion rates.

- Understand our ICP and how their needs can be solved by Test Partnership.

- Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy including client pain points, common objections, buying journey, prospect feedback etc.

What We Offer



Salary: 35,000 basic + performance bonus (50,000 OTE)

Hybrid working: Two days per week in our central London office, remote working the rest of the week.
