What you need to succeedExperience: 2-4 years in sales, SDR, or BDR roles within financial services, fintech, SaaS, or IT consulting. Location: Based in the UK (remote-friendly, but you know how to show up and make things happen). Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; confident, engaging, and persuasive. Mindset: Ambitious, resilient, and laser-focused on growth. Industry Edge (Nice to Have): Familiarity with financial tech, software outsourcing, or digital product development.
