- 30,000 + 12,000 commission (42,000 OTE)

The opportunity



Our client is expanding its Sales Academy with a new cohort of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to be more aligned with how our pipeline actually behaves today. You'll be working high-intent "retarget" accounts (previous inbound leads that went cold), revived outbound campaigns, and a growing mix of event leads, distributor-sourced opportunities, and industry channel partnerships.

Your core remit is simple: turn dormant demand into active pipeline.

You'll research and prioritise accounts, re-engage past evaluators, warm up prospects coming in through marketing channels, and convert early interest into qualified, high-value opportunities for our Account Executives.

You'll join a structured, hands-on Academy environment with training across product, sales process, objection handling, CRM excellence, and the company's unique market positioning. You will be surrounded by peers, coached directly, and expected to move fast.

The goal: turn you into a capable revenue-generating rep within 90 days, and a consistently performing top-of-funnel engine within 6-12 months. Your career progression from this point on can include moving into a full time Account Executive or into the Account Management position within the company's growing team.

What you'll do



Re-engage and convert retarget accounts (previous inbound enquiries now marked closed-lost) Qualify inbound and event-generated leads Reach out to prospects across multiple channels (phone, email, social) Build value early by educating prospects on operational and revenue outcomes Run structured discovery to identify fit and urgency Maintain high CRM hygiene; no exceptions Book qualified demos for AEs with conversion-ready prospects Collaborate tightly with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Leadership
