Flagright is a rapidly growing compliance software startup with a mission to arm financial institutions with best-in-class technology to combat financial crime, meet Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance regulations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and achieve peak efficiency. As we continue our ambitious growth trajectory, we are looking for highly driven and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive our pipeline in EME (Europe & Middle East).

Role overview:



As the Sales Development Representative, you will report to the CEO. You will be responsible for outreaching, prospecting, and qualifying leads. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure successful conversion and you will be instrumental in cultivating relationships with prospects.

Responsibilities



Proactively identify and engage potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to drive new business opportunities. Assess outbound leads to determine their fit for Flagright based on company needs, budget, and decision-making process. Clearly articulate Flagright's product offerings, industry impact, and competitive advantages to prospective clients. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to build trust and credibility. Work closely with the sales teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize the lead conversion process. Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions in CRM tools. Aggressively pursue potential opportunities to meet your quota in EME.

Your profile



At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (or similar role), or 3+ years including internships. High IQ and EQ. Ability to work under pressure and perform in demanding environments. Excellent command of English with clear articulation is a must. Comfortable and proficiency in cold calling and email outreach without hurting the domain or company reputation. Displays resilience, and a persistent outbound approach to drive engagement and maintain a positive demeanor. Showcases excellent interpersonal skills crucial for effective relationship building. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. A problem solver who thrives in a global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment. Must be based in London.
