Sales Development Representative (SDR)

team.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and build real confidence in the world of tech sales. You don't need sales experience - just motivation, energy, and willingness to pick up the phone. We'll teach you everything else.

The SDR team is the first point of contact for many new customers, and the work you do directly shapes IRIS' success. You'll introduce businesses to software that solves real problems, saves time, and reduces stress - and your conversations help them understand how IRIS can support their goals.


This role is very much about speaking to people. A large part of your day will be spent

making outbound calls

, starting conversations, and building confidence with every dial. The more calls you make, the more opportunities you'll create - and the quicker you'll develop your skills. Your effort really does translate into results, and you'll never be doing it alone. Our dedicated

Sales Training team works alongside you every single day

, offering coaching, feedback, and support to help you improve call by call.
