Your Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Allego's sales strategy. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing valuable insights and information that will help convert leads into customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with your assigned Account Executive on account planning and strategy
Researching accounts and prospects to gather valuable insights
Maintaining comprehensive records of interactions and research within our CRM
Conducting outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to engage prospects
Assisting with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in a sales development or similar role
Demonstrated success with outbound sales, including cold calling and emailing
Strong research skills and ability to identify target prospects
Familiarity with sales methodologies and a track record of meeting sales goals
Experience with sales tech tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours to support specific territories
