Key Responsibilities:
OEM Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand relationships with OEM clients in the cosmetics, beauty care, and personal care industries.
Sales and Negotiation:
Present product offerings, negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to secure sales deals.
Lead Generation & Business Development:
Identify and engage new OEM clients through outreach, networking, and industry events.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities within the OEM cosmetics, beauty care, and personal care markets, and customer needs.
Collaboration with Technical Specialists:
Work closely with internal teams to provide technical support and ensure client requirements are feasible.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the OEM sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to travel as required.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven track record in sales, ideally with technical or industrial sales experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for building strong client relationships.
Familiarity with the cosmetics, beauty care, and personal care industries, including relevant regulations and trends, is highly advantageous.
Understanding of packaging, ingredients, and manufacturing processes in these industries is valuable.
Ability to manage sales territories, track performance, and implement strategic plans.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, identify opportunities, and assess new customer potential.
