Sales Development Representative (Business Development Executive)
Main Purpose of Job:
To build the top of the sales funnel by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential pharmacy and healthcare clients using outbound strategies--especially via LinkedIn Sales Navigator--and booking high-quality discovery calls for Account Managers.

Main Tasks of Job:
Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to strategically target and engage pharmacy and healthcare decision-makers.
Initiate and nurture conversations with prospects to build rapport and move them through the qualification process.
Qualify leads effectively to ensure they meet the criteria for high-quality discovery calls.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and strategy.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
Report on key metrics such as outreach success, lead quality, and market insights.
Required Experience and Skills:
Must-Haves:
Proven outbound sales experience in a B2B or healthcare-related environment.
Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and confident using LinkedIn as a primary sales tool.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs in lead generation or sales development.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
Comfortable and productive in a fully remote working setup.
Highly Desirable:
Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sectors.
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
