Location

Remote position open to candidates located in Europe.


Contract Type

This position is open to candidates seeking employment under a standard employment agreement or engagement as an independent contractor under a business-to-business (B2B) contractual arrangement.

What Will You Do ?



As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:


Lead Generation and Qualification:

Researching and generating prospective customers, then qualifying leads through strategic outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling.

Outbound Focus:

Primarily focusing on outbound approaches to qualify and develop sales opportunities, complementing this with inbound activity.

Event and Campaign Promotion:

Driving target contacts to attend marketing events and respond to our various campaigns.

Market Expansion:

Breaking into new companies and markets by engaging with prospects through a multi-channel, value-based approach aimed at building relationships and increasing brand awareness.

CRM Management:

Accurately tracking all communications with current and potential customers within our CRM system.

Goal Achievement:

Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals for generating qualified business opportunities to enrich the sales pipeline.

Collaboration:

Partnering with Account Executives and the Marketing team to develop effective account strategies and territory plans, contributing to the successful closure of new business opportunities.


What You Bring



SDR Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a sales or sales development role (or related experience), showcasing strong capabilities in account development and a basic understanding of the buyer journey, sales process, and key stakeholders.

Outreach Skills:

Consistent track record of performance in creative, strategic outreach via personalized emails, phone calls, and videos.

Ownership and Initiative:

The ability to take full ownership of tasks and projects, display a high level of initiative, and work autonomously to achieve objectives.

Communication Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both with internal and external stakeholders.
