27,000 retention fee + 15,000-20,000 OTE (Realistic first-year earnings of 40,000)

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and building strong sales pipelines in a purpose-led, growing SAAS business.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels: email, phone, social media, and events Introduce our client's SAAS platform and services to new prospects and guide them through the early stages of the sales journey Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos with senior sales executives Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the brand and generate new opportunities Manage and maintain an up-to-date pipeline within HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and lead status reporting Develop and execute quarterly prospecting plans in line with team targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM system Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage C-level stakeholders Highly organised with excellent time management and lead qualification skills Experience using social selling tools such as LinkedIn for outreach and prospect research A self-starter with a growth mindset, open to feedback and personal development Knowledge of the agricultural or biosecurity sector is beneficial but not essential Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Utilizing sales acumen to identify and pursue new business opportunities and managing a pipeline that will come from a combination of self-generated and company provided leads. Proficiently managing the sales process and follow proven sales methodology to ensure you can accurately forecast each month and quarter. Developing a targeted strategy to identify and win new business in line with your sales targets. Maintaining a solid understanding of the SafeContractor products and service offering, as well as market and industry updates to be an expert in the field of supply chain compliance solutions and become a trusted advisor to a range of clients. Expertly navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders including procurement, health and safety and sustainability Directors to drive success across your sales pipeline.
