Sales Development Representative (SDR)



Permanent - Full Time - Birmingham City Centre - Office Based



SDR - 24,000 to 27,500 per annum + 400 guaranteed monthly commission + 600 quarterly performance bonus.



Progression to Account Manager includes 10% uncapped commission

About the Sales Development Representative Role




This is an exciting opportunity for motivated, career-driven individuals who want to break into Sales and Account Management. As an SDR, you'll join our comprehensive training academy, where we'll equip you with the skills, techniques, and confidence needed to excel in professional sales.


Successful SDRs typically progress to

Account Manager roles within 6-12 months

for entry-level candidates, just the right mindset and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:



Leads & Sales Activity



Manage, quote, and convert inbound loan enquiries efficiently. Proactively generate new opportunities from our warm database via outbound calling. Identify and nurture new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Business Development & Strategy



Support the creation and execution of targeted business, marketing, and sales plans. Increase brand awareness through networking and market-relevant promotional activities.

Operational & Compliance Excellence



Ensure all operational, credit, and compliance criteria are followed. Apply fraud-prevention and risk-mitigation processes consistently.

Performance Expectations



Revenue Growth:

Achieve targeted fee income and volume metrics.

New Business Activity:

Maintain high levels of prospecting and lead generation.

KPI Achievement:

Meet or exceed KPIs set by the Sales Manager.

Cross-Selling:

Successfully promote the full suite of products.

Team Contribution:

Play an active role in team meetings and the wider Sales division's success.
