The Role
You'll support new BCC members during their
first 7 trial days
. Your responsibility is crucial for our newcomers, this is where it's decided whether people can successfully make the leap into a new, healthier life.
This role is
primarily phone-based
(we'll book trial members directly into your calendar), with additional
written communication
for follow-ups and support.
What You'll Do
Onboard new members (7-day trial)
Check in with them and make sure they're clear on what to do next.
Answer questions friendly and confidently
Ensure members feel supported and taken care of
Accountability & follow-up
Check in, motivate, and keep people on track during the trial
Help members overcome common early obstacles
Who You Are
Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with new people daily
Clear communication: good
energy, pronunciation, and tone
Empathetic, supportive, and naturally good at motivating others
Organized and reliable with scheduling and follow-up
Experience in customer support, or onboarding is a plus
Compensation
This role is
commission-based,
you'll be rewarded for
converted trials
. Details will be discussed on a call.

Pay: 22,500.00-35,000.00 per year
