driven, ambitious SDR
to join our London team and help fuel the next stage of our growth.

Account Executive

The Role
As an SDR, you'll be the engine of our sales team - creating the conversations, opportunities, and momentum that drive our growth. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales, learning how to prospect effectively, run high-quality outreach, and book meetings with senior school leaders.
This is an
allbound role
where you'll build commercial skills quickly and get direct coaching to progress into an AE position.
What you'll do:
Prospect and engage a defined list of target schools based on our ICP
Use email, phone, social and sequencing tools to create qualified opportunities
Book high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
Research schools to tailor messaging and personalise outreach
Track activity, engagement, and conversion rates in our CRM
Experiment, test and improve scripts, messaging, and sequences
Work closely with AEs to understand what turns SQLs into Closed Won deals
About You
This role is perfect for someone who wants to accelerate quickly and earn their way into an AE role.
You'll be a strong fit if you:
Have 6+ months in outbound sales, BDR/SDR work, or a customer-facing role
Are competitive, proactive, and enjoy hitting targets
Are confident on the phone and comfortable starting conversations from scratch
Are curious, coachable, and eager to master modern SaaS sales
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
