Role Summary



As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met.

Purpose & Responsibilities



This role has these main areas of responsibility and accountability, defined as:

Identifying potential customers

Generating new business opportunities for the company

Following up on marketing events, leads and activity sequences

Contacting and qualifying potential customers through calls, emails & LinkedIn

Creating innovative connection techniques to engage with prospective clients

Setting appointments for the sales team to attend

Tracking progress towards meeting sales goals

Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

Using HubSpot software to manage leads and sales activities

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

Being familiar with all of Synyega's content

Attending networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads

Providing regular reports on sales activities and results to management

Ensuring contacts and accounts in HubSpot are kept clean and up-to-date

Role Requirements and Qualifications



3 years + sales experience

Have relevant IT/Technology, ITAM/SAM, FinOps and GreenOps experience, understanding and ideally certifications

Track record of defining messaging, developing content and executing lead generation for appointment generation

Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical. You see around corners; proactively troubleshoot, solve problems and make informed, data-driven decisions

Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Time management and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility and adaptability to change

A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
