Position Overview



As a Sales Development Representative at MediaKind, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outbound prospecting activities, and nurturing relationships with prospective customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to embark on a career in software sales . To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated team player who has an interest in technology and is keen to learn more about our industry.



Key Responsibilities



Sales Prospecting:



Research and identify key decision makers within target organisations to generate new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted prospecting campaigns.

Lead generation:



Generating leads by identifying engaging with potential prospects and customers by introducing them to Mediakind solutions, through various communication channels including calls, WhatsApp, e-mail outreach and social selling. Create and execute targeted e-mail and social media campaigns. Craft compelling content to engage prospects. Monitor response and adjust strategies as needed. Articulate the value proposition of our products and services to effectively capture the interest of our potential customers. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline and decision-making authority.

Customer relationship management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects and customers in this CRM system. Nurture relationships with leads through regular follow up calls, emails and personalised communication. Provide exceptional customer services and support to address inquiries, overcome objections and build report.

Sales at pipeline management

Organise and manage leads in the sales pipeline and management CRM tool. Prioritise follow-ups and track progress. Collaborate with Sales Managers to optimise lead conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and facilitate smooth transitions through the sales cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential). 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, in a SaaS or technology environment an advantage but not essential Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability and confidence to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. With a natural ability to build rapport with your prospects. Highly organized with a clear attention to detail Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results. Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong sense of resilience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a must. Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) would be an advantage. Familiarity with video processing and delivery technologies and services is an advantage, willingness to learn and continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge in these areas is a must Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad as needed Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK on a long-term basis.
