About the Role
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Sales Development Representative
to help us generate and convert new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and nurturing leads across all business areas, including:
Homeowners (insurance claims)
Property managers / block managers
Commercial clients (refurbishments & tenders)
This is primarily a
desk-based sales role
, with responsibility for lead generation and sales support.
You will also assist with marketing activities to help grow awareness of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and qualify potential leads using market research, CRM, databases, social media and other sources
Contact prospects via phone, email and social media
Follow up on leads and convert them into clients
Maintain and update CRM system
Work with company directors to refine sales strategies
Track key lead generation metrics and contribute to process improvements
Assist in preparing tender files for pricing and submit final tender packages to clients
Provide regular updates to introducers regarding commissions owed
Liaise with internal teams and directors to ensure a smooth sales process from lead to conversion
Marketing Support
Organise branded office wear and promotional materials
Help update marketing collateral (brochures, leaflets, digital content)
Liaise with external suppliers and agencies (Google Ads providers)
Ensure consistent branding across client-facing materials and online channels
Example Duties
Conduct market research to identify target client segments
Develop and implement lead generation campaigns (email, social media, content marketing)
Manage CRM databases and reporting
Generate reports to track lead generation effectiveness
Attend occasional industry events and networking opportunities
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in
sales or lead generation
(B2B or B2C)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional sales etiquette and ability to represent the company's brand
CRM software experience
Research and data management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organisational and time management skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
Interest or experience in basic marketing activities
Previous experience in
construction, insurance, property
, or related fields is desirable but not essential
What We Offer
30,000-35,000 base salary
Commission-based OTE 40,000-45,000
