Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop a team of Sales Development Reps, focusing on coaching, performance, and innovation.
- Coach & Guide team members to effectively communicate Sage's value to stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive Growth by collaborating with internal teams to enhance impact, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Align with Marketing & Sales to achieve customer acquisition goals.
- Build Partnerships across Sage to execute industry-aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Enhance Product Knowledge through coaching, ensuring strong differentiation and competitive insights.
- Maintain Pipeline Accuracy and provide reliable forecasting to senior leadership.
- Uphold High Standards of operational excellence and rigor.
- Support Customer Transition from Sales Development to broader Sales teams.
- Scale & Succession Plan by identifying and nurturing future talent.
- Drive Innovation through strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- You demonstrate high levels of oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- You have previous experience of colleague development through an ongoing coaching approach (ideally leveraging the GROW model)
- You're passionate about driving engagement and creating an environment where colleagues are motivated to do their best work
- You're a role model with high standards of honesty and integrity and show consistency between what you say and what you do.
- You're able to leverage your customer focus to enhance the experience of our customers and exceed the expectations of our customers
- You're able to spot new opportunities and engage with the right people and create plans to makes things happen
- You're accountable holding not only yourselves but others for delivering on their goals and celebrating success
- You're not afraid of being uncomfortable and having a difficult conversation when it means doing the right thing for our customers
