Key Responsibilities?
1?Market Strategy & Execution
Develop annual sales targets and phased execution plans based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Lead pricing strategy, channel management, and enterprise-level contract negotiations.
2?Industry Resource Integration & Client Development
Develop enterprise accounts and channel networks, focusing on high-potential sectors (e.g., SaaS, MarTech).
Be able to explore, insight and stimulate customer needs, coordinate internal resources, and match targeted marketing plans according to the company's products and marketing capabilities.
Implement client retention programs to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
3?Team Leadership & Enablement
Build and manage European sales teams (hiring, training, performance evaluation).
Coordinate cross-functional support for client solutions.
Define team KPIs, monitor sales pipeline health, and provide coaching.
4?Risk & Compliance Oversight
Ensure compliance with regulations and commercial policies.
Manage contract fulfillment, collections, and credit risk mitigation.
Qualifications?
1?5+ years in B2B sales in Europe region?
2?Experience and customer resources in SaaS and Martech industries?
3?3+ years managing ?3 person sales teams.
