As an

Enterprise Sales Director UK & Northern Europe (m/f/x)

you will manage a team of Account Executives and hold them accountable for driving sales results, providing them strategic coaching for their personal & professional development as well as hands-on support on opportunity pursuits as well as executive sponsorships in your team's major accounts. You will carry a team quota providing focus on both renewing our base (customer renewals), maximizing cross-sells and upsells with the team as well as helping the team be focused on net new logo acquisition to land and then expand in enterprise clients.




Key Responsibilities:




You report directly to the VP of EMEA Sales to drive the sales growth (net annual recurring revenues) for the UK & Northern Europe region with a focus on UK top enterprises You manage and lead a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives, including the recruiting, coaching and development of the team, in collaboration with Sales Enablement and HR Your team is split between some being based in Berlin, the others working from home in the UK. You would expect to meet up in Berlin at least once a quarter You align with VP of EMEA Sales on sales strategy & forecasting, working closely with business operations & go to market teams You act as a "deal captain / executive sponsor" on strategic customers for top deals and top renewals You develop and realize strategic action plans in collaboration with business development and marketing teams to enter into new prospects Your work cross functionally to retain and expand into existing customers, working closely with customer operation teams

Job Requirements and Preferred Skills:




Native English (or fluent English) 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales. At least 5 of these years with a focus on enterprise sales, preferably with exposure to mid-market to enterprise companies in Nordics & UK, as well as experience in positioning customized solutions with a service component vs. pure SaaS-sales 5+ years of talent management experience for teams in sales, with your former team members happily recommending you Experience in articulating value and in building custom presentations for Enterprise executives Experience working in or alongside the SaaS-industry, the digital economy or within solution sales in an IT related field is a must. Consultancy experience is a plus You have a driven, motivated and results oriented mindset Strong team player who is also an independent thinker Efficient communication to both a range of executives and employees
