As
Sales Enablement Executive
, you'll be the engine behind sales productivity - streamlining our processes, sharpening our collateral, and turning insight into action. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure the team has what they need to drive meaningful conversations and close more deals, more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Efficiency
Identify hidden opportunities and trends in CRM data to inform outreach and prioritisation
Support and evolve workflows, automations, and processes to improve sales efficiency and conversion
Collaborate with Sales Ops to source and maintain high-quality contact data
Pull together key performance updates and talking points for sales meetings
Manage CRM hygiene (HubSpot), ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead and pipeline data
Build and iterate sales reporting including pipeline, conversion, activity, and revenue
Help assess opportunities for AI or other tools that could drive additional sales effectiveness
Enablement Tools & Content
Create and manage templated digital sales rooms aligned to each stage of the sales cycle
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing on sales content: sequences, playbooks, decks, email templates and case studies
Support the sales team with product focused content
Work with product specialists to adapt and maintain demonstration accounts for key use cases and sales scenarios
Work with Product Marketing to ensure timely and targeted enablement around new features or messaging updates
What We're Looking For
2-4 years' experience in a sales enablement, sales ops, or commercial support role (ideally in SaaS)
Strong understanding of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and reporting tools
Clear communicator with excellent writing and content creation skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with AI
A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
