The Sales Enablement representative will be a fundamental part of driving the success of our FS&I strategy and performance. This role will focus on managing projects, creating and delivering enablement content, relationship management and working closely with our FS&I council, helping to navigate our propositions and portfolio, to demonstrate the value of our Technology and Services to customers.

The individual appointed for this role will work across tactical and strategic projects as directed by the SEM Team Leader and FS&I lead, ranging from high impact, strategic focuses, to business-as-usual activity. This role will focus primarily around managing projects, creating and delivering enablement content for FS&I industries and the wider vertical.



As a sales enablement executive you'll be responsible for:




Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Tech and Services to understand the challenges and priorities of FS&I customers and act as the conduit between them. Develop and execute enablement programs tailored for our FS&I industries, in collaboration with Sales leadership and other key stakeholders. Creating and adapting resources that support Sales teams in articulating Softcat's message to FS&I industries, considering their specific needs and challenges. Managing projects across enablement focuses, ensuring goals, timescales, and action plans are met. Analysing data from platforms to identify opportunities for selling opportunities within FS&I. Acting as a bi-directional ambassador for FS&I and representative of the vertical's nuances across individual campaigns within the wider Sales Enablement strategy, whilst representing Sales Enablement within FS&I council. Strategic thinking working with the FS&I Council to build the FSI enablement strategy and to bring new ideas that innovate and evolve this. Determining and measuring success building and defining performance indicators, and reporting from data points to measure the impact and effectiveness of enablement plans.

Demonstrable experience in Sales roles. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Strong understanding of the Sales environment, including sales content, challenges, tools, and training needs. Experience with relationship management across a multitude of stakeholders with varying seniority. Experience with content management and creation, with a focus on FS&I industries. Proven project management skills and the ability to handle a variety of project types. A drive to deliver exceptional results and support the financial performance of Sales within the Public Sector.
