Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location:

Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire / South Birmingham (Field-based)

Salary:

Basic salary up to 50,000 + commission

OTE:

75,000-100,000

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background to support and grow our sales of standard and specialist tooling. This is a field-based role focused on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting our distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing customers Identify and secure new business opportunities Support and enable distributor sales activity Work closely with the internal sales and workshop teams Promote and sell standard and bespoke tooling solutions Provide technical insight and application support to customers
Candidate Profile

15-20 years' experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment Proven experience in both technical sales and shop-floor engineering roles Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, commercially driven, and customer-focused Ideally based in Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, or the south of Birmingham
Package

Salary structure is flexible and negotiable for the right candidate, with an emphasis on performance-based commission. A competitive overall package is available for an experienced, high-performing individual.
