Responsibilities
Deliver engaging technical presentations to prospective clients, clearly demonstrating product features and benefits
Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and develop customised solutions
Provide expert advice on product applications, ensuring client needs are met effectively
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and ongoing support
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience of working with the Middle East oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
Proven presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and organisational tools
Good understanding of IT systems, software applications, and network infrastructure
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional setting
Must have valid work authorization -- visa sponsorship not provided
